For trucking companies

Drivers wanted. The right ones.

You run the trucks. We run the recruiting: advertising, sourcing, qualification against your job order, candidate communication, scheduling and reporting. The hiring decision stays yours.

What you are buying

A recruiting function, not a list of phone numbers.

We do not sell leads and we do not sell candidate data. You pay one placement fee per seated driver, priced by the requirements you set and locked before you see a candidate. Price a search.

Recruitment marketing and sourcing

Job advertising written from your job order, run in the markets you hire in, plus outreach to candidates already in our pipeline.

Qualification against your requirements

CDL class, verifiable experience, endorsements, location, your MVR and history standards. Disclosures that need judgment go to a person, never an auto-reject.

Candidate communication

Calls, texts and follow-up until the candidate is seated. Every question you have not answered gets sent back to you once, then answered forever.

Scheduling and hand-off

Orientation seats, drug tests, start dates. You approve; we book. Candidates arrive with their evidence, not a résumé.

One place for your decisions

Approvals, orientation seats and candidate questions land in one inbox in your client portal. Nothing waits on an email thread.

Reporting you can act on

Where candidates drop off and why, by stage and by reason code. Which sources produce seated staff, not just applications.

Your client portal

See the work, not a weekly email.

Every client gets a portal: open positions, every candidate and where they are, what is waiting on you, what you are paying for. Approvals, orientation seats and candidate questions land in one inbox.

  • Pipeline by stage, with days in stage, so hiring speed has nowhere to hide
  • Candidates with qualification evidence against your job order
  • Review, contact, interview, hire or decline, with a reason code on every decline
  • Leads, candidates, hires and seated staff counted separately

What we will not do

The rules we work by.

  • No promised hire counts. We report the funnel honestly and adjust the plan with you.
  • No auto-rejection on conviction records or a DUI inside your window. Those go to a person for review.
  • No screening on race, religion, sex, disability or national origin. Not as inputs, filters or reports.
  • No silent approvals. If you do not confirm a candidate, nothing moves. Drivers who wait past two days usually take the first date they get.
  • No selling of candidate data, yours or ours. Sensitive records stay with the carrier's own onboarding.

Questions

What fleet managers ask us.

How do you charge?

One placement fee per seated driver, set by the trailer, run type, minimum experience, employment type and driver record you require. The calculator on this site shows the fee and the reasoning before you talk to anyone. Five or more drivers in one order get 5% off, ten or more get 10%. In a team order, each team counts as one. The fee is agreed and locked before a candidate is submitted, and there is no fee for candidates you decline. We do not sell leads or driver data.

What is a job order?

A structured description of the position: pay, home time, equipment, route, requirements and the answers to the questions drivers ask on every call. You approve it in writing. Recruiters work from the signed job order, never from a verbal note.

How are candidates screened?

Against the requirements in your job order: CDL class, verifiable experience, endorsements, location and your MVR and history standards. Disclosures that need a human judgment, such as a DUI or another DOT-disqualifying offense, are raised only at the stage of hiring the law allows, routed to a person for review and never auto-rejected. You see the evidence next to each candidate.

What do you need from us to start?

The position details and a decision-maker who can approve candidates and confirm orientation seats within a couple of days. Drivers who wait past two days usually take the first date they get elsewhere.

Can you recruit in several states at once?

Yes. The hiring request asks for every state you hire in. Each market is worked as its own search with its own sources.

Do we get to see the drivers you contacted but did not send?

You see everyone presented for your position and why. Drivers who did not meet the job order are not presented, and their information is not shared with you.

Tell us what you are hiring for.

Five short steps. A recruiting specialist calls you back within a business day, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central.
