How the fee works
One fee per seated driver. Locked before you see a candidate.
- The base is set by the trailer. Dry van is index 100; hard-to-fill equipment prices higher because the pool is smaller.
- Run type, minimum CDL experience, 1099 and a strict MVR each narrow the pool and move the fee. Loosening a requirement lowers it.
- Owner-operators are priced on trailer, run type and their equipment, not on experience.
- A team of two drivers on one truck is priced at 2.6 times the solo fee for the same trailer and requirements.
- Five or more drivers in one order: 5% off. Ten or more: 10% off. Twenty or more: custom terms. In a team order, each team counts as one.
- Add-ons: Hire+ priority sourcing, $499 per driver. Your signed agreement sets what Hire+ includes. It includes no background checks, motor vehicle records, PSP reports or Clearinghouse queries. 30-day replacement, $299 per driver.
- The price is agreed and locked before a candidate is submitted. No fee for candidates you decline.
