Truck driver recruiting
Truck driver recruiting that fills seats, not inboxes
Applications are cheap. Seated drivers are not. We recruit for the second number and report on it honestly.
Leads, candidates, hires and seated drivers are four numbers
Most recruiting reports mix them. We count them separately so you can see which sources seat drivers and which only produce applications.
Qualification is a screen, not a verdict
Hard requirements from your job order filter. Disclosures that need judgment, such as a conviction record or a DUI inside your window, go to a person for review and never auto-reject.
Every decline has a reason
Pay, home time, location, equipment, experience, MVR. Reason codes are required on both sides, which is what makes the drop-off reporting worth reading.
Decisions in one place
Approvals, orientation seats and driver questions land in one inbox with the hours they have been waiting. Drivers who wait past two days usually take the first date they get elsewhere.

Questions
Before you request staff.
Do you replace our in-house recruiter?
Either. Some fleets hand us the whole function; others keep a recruiter and use us for sourcing and qualification volume. The scope is set with you in writing.
What does it cost?
One placement fee per seated driver, set by trailer type, run type, minimum experience, W2 or 1099 and the driver record you require. The calculator on this site shows the exact fee and the reasoning. Volume discounts start at five drivers, or five teams in a team order.
