Privacy policy · Version 2026-10-04-draft-2
How your information is used.
What My Work collects from drivers and trucking companies, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 4, 2026.
This policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as My Work ("My Work", "we", "us") handles personal information. It covers drivers and other job seekers, people at trucking companies who ask us for staff or use our client portal, and everyone who visits mywork.co. It applies to this site, our forms, the Meta and Google lead forms that name My Work, and our calls, texts and emails.
The short version
- We do not sell your personal information.
- A trucking company gets a driver's profile only after the driver says yes to that company's job.
- We text you, or call you with automated or AI-voice calls, only if you agreed to it: by checking the box for it or, for texts to drivers, by saying yes on a recorded call with a recruiter. Reply STOP to end texts. Say stop or press 9 to end automated calls.
- Software, which may include AI, helps us match drivers to jobs. A person makes every decision.
- Advertising cookies stay off until you turn them on, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
- This site never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, license number, health details or drug test results.

Who we are
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as My Work is a recruiting agency for trucking companies. Carriers hire us to find and screen CDL drivers and dispatch, safety and operations staff. We refer candidates to carriers. We are not the employer of record for any job we recruit for. The carrier makes its own hiring decision and employs or contracts with the people it hires.
My Work never charges drivers. Each carrier handles the information it receives from us under its own privacy policy.
Notice at collection
This is our notice at collection for drivers, job applicants and company contacts, including California residents. It applies when you fill in a form on this site or a lead form that names My Work, and when we collect information on a call. On a call, the recruiter or our automated assistant gives you the address of this page.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Sharing: the only sharing for advertising happens through Meta advertising cookies, and only if you turn them on.
- Sensitive information: we do not collect sensitive personal information on this site or in our lead forms. On a call, a recruiter may record whether your DOT medical card is current, yes or no, when a carrier's job requires it. See what we never ask for.
Drivers and job applicants
| Information | Why we collect it | Sold or shared | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact details. Name, mobile number, email and home ZIP code. | To contact you about your application and find jobs within reach of your home. | No. | 4 years from your application or the last hiring decision about you, whichever is later. |

| Qualification statuses. Asked on a call only when a carrier's DOT requirements call for them: whether your DOT medical card is current (yes or no) and, at a stage of hiring where the law allows the question, whether you have a DUI or another offense that disqualifies a CDL driver under federal rules. We record the status and, for a DUI, how long ago it was. We never record medical records, test results or court records. | To check a carrier's DOT driving requirements. A person reviews every disclosure, and it never leads to an automatic rejection. Only the carrier you say yes to receives these statuses. | No. Never sold and never used for advertising. | 4 years, as above. |
| Job preferences. Driver type, route type, home time, the states you would be based in, and the job you applied to. | To match you with jobs that fit. | No. | 4 years, as above. |

| Match results. Rankings and notes from our software on how your answers fit each carrier's requirements. | To help a recruiter decide whom to call first. A person makes every decision. | No. | 4 years, as above. |
| Consent records. What you agreed to or declined, the exact text you saw, the date, the page, and the phone number or email it covers. | To follow your choices and show that we asked. | No. | 5 years after our last contact. Opt-outs: at least 10 years. |
| Website and device data. Pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, browser type and IP address. Analytics and advertising cookie data only if you turn those cookies on. | To run and secure the site, block abuse, and see which pages and ads bring drivers to us. | Not sold. Shared with Meta only if you turn on advertising cookies. | Analytics data: 14 months. Cookies: as listed under Cookies. |

Information we collect
Here is everything we collect, by where it comes from.
| Where | What we collect |
|---|---|
| Driver application | First and last name, mobile number, email, home ZIP code, CDL class, experience, endorsements, employment status, driver types, route types, home time, the states you would be based in, the job you applied from, and your choices in the consent boxes. |
| Request staff form | The roles you need, how many people, one-time or ongoing hiring, hiring location and states, timeline, notes, your first name, company, work email and phone, and your choices in the consent boxes. |
| Contact form | Whether you are a driver or a company, your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message. A phone number given here gets replies from a person only. |
| Privacy request form | The type of request, your name and email, your phone and state if you give them, and the details you add. |
| Meta and Google lead forms | The answers and checkbox choices on a lead form that names My Work. Meta or Google also handles that information under its own policy. |
| Job boards | The application you send to a My Work job posting on that board. |
| Calls with a recruiter or specialist | What you tell us and our notes. For drivers, the qualification answers a carrier's requirements call for, such as moving violations, preventable accidents, whether you meet a carrier's minimum age (yes or no), your home state and, for owner-operators, your truck's model year and insurance. When a carrier's DOT requirements call for them, whether your DOT medical card is current (yes or no) and, at a stage of hiring where the law allows the question, whether you have a DUI or another offense that disqualifies a CDL driver under federal rules. |
| Automated and AI-voice calls and texts | Your answers and your requests, such as a callback, a person to talk to, or an opt-out. |
| Call recordings and transcripts | If you allow recording: the audio, a written transcript and a summary, which may be made with AI. |
| Texts and emails | Your messages, whether ours were delivered, and replies such as STOP or HELP. |
| Our matching software | Match rankings and notes on how a driver's answers fit each carrier's requirements. |
| Trucking companies | Job orders and, for a driver we presented, the carrier's decision and start date. |
| Client portal | The names, work emails and roles of the people a company authorizes, their sign-in details, the decisions they record, such as approvals, declines with a reason, orientation seats and start dates, and billing records. |
| This website | Pages you view, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link including ad click IDs, browser type, and your IP address, which we use to block repeated or abusive submissions. Analytics and advertising data only if you turn on those cookies. |
| Consent records | What you agreed to or declined, the exact text and version you saw, the date and time, the page, the phone number or email it covers, your browser type and, if our settings record it, your IP address. |
Sensitive information we do not ask for
We do not ask for any of these on this site, in our lead forms or through our automated assistant:
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver's license or CDL number
- Health or medical information, including diagnoses and medications
- Drug or alcohol test results, or return-to-duty history
- Immigration or citizenship documents
- Criminal history (see Criminal history)
- Race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability
If a carrier's job requires it, a recruiter may ask a yes or no qualification question, such as whether your DOT medical card is current. We record only that business-safe status. We do not store diagnoses, medications or test results. Carriers never receive raw sensitive records from us, and the client portal shows carriers business-safe statuses only.
If you mention sensitive details on a recorded call, they may appear in the recording or transcript. We do not use them for matching, and we do not send them to carriers.
We never use race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability to match, screen or filter drivers, or to report on them.
Where information comes from
- You, through our forms, calls, texts, emails and the client portal.
- Meta and Google lead forms that name My Work and no other company.
- Job boards, when you apply to a My Work job posting there.
- Referrals. Someone who refers you to us, such as another driver, may give us your name and contact details.
- Trucking companies. Carriers give us job orders. For a driver we presented, the carrier tells us its decision and, if you are hired, your start date.
- Public records about trucking companies, such as federal motor carrier registration data, for company contacts.
- Our software and service providers: match results, call transcripts and summaries, and records of message delivery and opt-outs.
- Your browser, through cookies and similar technology. See Cookies.
We do not buy lead lists, and we do not accept leads from forms that name several companies at once.
How we use information
- Match drivers with jobs, and contact drivers about their application and jobs that fit.
- Send a driver's profile to a carrier, only after the driver says yes to that carrier's job.
- Answer company requests, recruit for our clients, run the client portal and bill for our services.
- Tell company contacts about our recruiting services. Automated or AI-voice calls and texts for this go only to people who opted in.
- Email drivers new matching jobs, only if they opted in.
- Use software, which may include AI, to rank matches, draft messages, summarize calls and hold text and voice conversations with people who opted in. See How we use software and AI.
- Keep records of consent and opt-outs, and honor them.
- Measure how the site and our ads perform, only with your cookie consent.
- Keep the site and our records secure, prevent spam and fraud, and fix problems.
- Follow the law, including record-keeping rules for hiring, and protect our legal rights.
We do not use personal information to train large language models, and our service providers may not use it to train theirs.
How we use software and AI
Software, which may include AI, helps our recruiters compare your answers with each trucking company's requirements and decide whom to call first. It uses your CDL details, experience, job preferences and your ZIP code to find jobs within reach. It does not use race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability. A recruiter reviews every match and makes every decision about presenting you to a company. The software never rejects anyone on its own. You can ask for a person to review your application, ask for an accommodation, or correct your information.
- What else it does. It drafts messages and summarizes calls for our team. If you opted in, our automated assistant can also text you or call you with an AI voice, and it always says it is automated.
- Your ZIP code is used only to measure how far you live from a job. We never use it as a stand-in for any personal characteristic.
- Hiring decisions belong to the carrier.
- The tool. Product: [PRODUCT NAME]. Developer or vendor: [DEVELOPER OR VENDOR NAME]. It is used for the CDL driving jobs we recruit for.
- How to ask. To ask for a person to review your application, ask for an accommodation, correct your information, or find out what information the software used, tell your recruiter, email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] or use the request form. Each request goes into one queue that our recruiting team works from, and a person answers it. Asking never counts against you.
- New York City. We do not use this software for jobs based in New York City. Before we ever do, we will complete the independent bias audit that city law requires, publish its summary and give candidates the required notice.
Who receives information
We do not sell your personal information. When you allow advertising cookies, Meta receives data about your visit, which some state laws call sharing. These are all the people and companies that receive personal information from us.
Trucking companies, only after you say yes
We send a driver's profile to a carrier only after the driver says yes to that carrier's job on a call with a recruiter. One yes covers one job at one carrier. We never send lists of available drivers.
The profile holds your contact details, your CDL details, your job preferences, your answers on our forms and your recruiter's notes, including the qualification statuses that carrier's job requires, such as whether your DOT medical card is current. It never includes your Social Security number, medical details or drug test results. After you say yes, we confirm in writing, by text or email, which carrier received your profile and what we sent.
The carrier may use your profile only to consider you for that job, and handles it under its own privacy policy. A carrier needs your own permission before it calls or texts you with automated technology. Your consent to My Work does not cover the carrier.
Service providers
Companies that work for us: website hosting, our customer relationship system, text message and calling platforms, AI tools for calls, texts, transcription, drafting and matching, email delivery, and analytics. They may use personal information only to provide their service to us. They may not sell it or use it to train their own AI models, and they must protect it and delete it when the work ends.
Google and Meta, only with your cookie consent
- Google Analytics runs only if you turn on analytics cookies. We switched off Google signals and Google's advertising features for it. Google receives page views and site events, such as reaching a form step, and never your form answers or your choices in the consent boxes.
- The Meta Pixel runs only if you turn on advertising cookies and your browser does not send Global Privacy Control. It tells Meta which pages you view, along with your browser details, IP address and Meta's cookie IDs. Meta uses this to measure our ads and may use it for advertising under its own terms. Some state laws call this sharing or targeted advertising. The Pixel does not run on our application, staff request, contact or privacy request pages, and its automatic collection of button clicks and page details is switched off.
We do not send your form answers to Meta or Google, and we do not upload contact lists to them for ad targeting.
Legal requests, business changes and your direction
We disclose information when the law requires it, such as for a subpoena or court order, and when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of drivers, companies, My Work or others. If My Work merges with or is sold to another company, information may pass to the new owner, and this policy continues to apply to it. We also share information with anyone you ask us to.
Background checks and criminal history
My Work does not order background checks, consumer reports, motor vehicle records (MVRs), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports or Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse queries. Carriers that consider you run their own checks, with their own disclosures and your written authorization.
If we ever start ordering any of these reports, we will first give you a separate written disclosure and ask for your authorization, as the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires.
Your file. You can ask for a copy of everything in your My Work file at any time. We send it in writing within 5 business days of your request. Use the request form or email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
Criminal history
We do not ask about criminal history on this site, in our lead forms or through our automated assistant. A recruiter discusses it only when a carrier's hiring requirement under federal DOT rules calls for it, and only at a stage of hiring where the law where you live or would work allows the question. Anything you tell us goes to a person for individual review. It never leads to an automatic rejection. The carrier makes any decision and follows its own legal duties, including fair-chance hiring laws.
If you bring it up with our automated assistant, it records only that a recruiter should follow up.
Text messages
We text you only if you agreed to texts. You agree by checking the box for texts on one of our forms or on a Meta lead form that names My Work, or, for drivers, by saying yes when a recruiter asks on a recorded call. The box is never checked for you, and you can send the form without it. After a yes on a call, we send a text that confirms it. Driver texts come from [TEXT NUMBER] and employer texts from [EMPLOYER TEXT NUMBER]. They come from My Work only, never from carriers or other companies.
- Driver texts cover your application, questions from your recruiter, interviews, orientation, start dates and CDL jobs that match your answers. They never carry promotions or offers from other companies. Texts and automated calls about matching jobs never offer lease-purchase or owner-operator positions. A recruiter tells you about those on a regular call.
- Company texts cover your staffing request, candidate updates, scheduling and My Work recruiting services, including occasional offers about those services.
Some texts are sent with automated technology, and some may be written with AI. The first AI-written text in a conversation says it comes from My Work's automated assistant. Reply AGENT to text a recruiter.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop. STOP ends all texts from My Work to that number, for both programs. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT and OPTOUT work too. So does telling us in your own words, by phone, by email, through your recruiter or our automated assistant, or through the texts and calls options. Keyword opt-outs take effect right away, and others as soon as we process them, within the time the law allows. We send one text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to get texts again.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. Companies that send texts for us use them only to deliver our messages. None of the sharing described elsewhere in this policy includes your text opt-in data or consent.
Full program terms: text message terms.
Calls, AI-voice calls and recording
Calls from a person. Recruiters call drivers about their applications and jobs. Specialists call company contacts about their requests. We may also call trucking companies about our services. Those calls come from a person, with no automated dialing or AI voice, unless you opted in.
Automated and AI-voice calls. We use automated dialing, prerecorded messages or an AI voice, including messages left on your voicemail, only if you checked the separate box for these calls. Each call says at the start that it is automated and is calling for [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as My Work. It tells you how to stop these calls and gives a number to call back: [CALLBACK NUMBER]. You can ask for a person at any time. Our automated assistant never claims to be a person. To stop these calls, say stop or press 9 during a call, call [TOLL-FREE OPT-OUT NUMBER] and press 9, or tell us any other way. See automated and AI-voice calls in our terms.
Recording and transcription. We may record and transcribe calls, including with AI, so we keep accurate notes. We tell you at the start of the call, and you can say no. If you do, we turn recording and transcription off. On an AI call, a person from our team calls you back instead. Our call and AI vendors may not use recordings or transcripts to train their own models. We keep recordings and transcripts for 12 months, longer only if needed for a dispute or a legal hold.
If you do not want any calls from us, tell your recruiter or specialist, or use the request form. Saying no to automated calls or recording never affects your application.
Emails about your application or request, such as confirmations, scheduling and documents, are part of the service. You get them while your application or request is open.
Drivers get job-match emails only if they checked the box. Company contacts who checked the box get updates about our services, and we may also email trucking company contacts about our services at business addresses from public sources. If you leave the email box unchecked or unsubscribe, we do not add that address to any marketing list, including those business-address lists. Every marketing email names My Work, includes our postal address and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. Emails about an open application or request continue.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the site and remember your choices. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you turn them on, and you can change your answer any time on Your privacy choices. Advertising cookies send data about your visit to Meta, which some state laws call sharing.
| Category | Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential (required) | mw_consent | Remembers your cookie choices | 180 days | My Work |
| Essential (required) | mw_gpc | Set only when your browser sends Global Privacy Control, so advertising cookies stay off | Until you close the browser | My Work |
| Analytics | _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4: page views and which form step you reached. Never names, phone numbers, emails, your form answers or anything you type | Up to 2 years | |
| Advertising | _fbp | Meta Pixel: lets Meta recognize this browser to measure visits from our ads. Sends page views only, and never runs on our application, staff request, contact or privacy request pages | 90 days | Meta |
| Advertising | _fbc | Meta Pixel: stores the ad click ID when you arrive from a Meta ad | 90 days | Meta |
The site also uses your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. It keeps your progress on a form, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you and the campaign tags in that link, whether you picked the driver or company view, and which job listing you opened from a list. It stays in your browser unless you send a form. Then the arrival page, the referring site and the campaign tags go with your form, so we know which pages and ads bring people to us.
Meta and Google can collect information about your activity over time and across other websites only if you turn on their cookies.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. Advertising cookies stay off and the Meta Pixel does not load, even if you chose Accept all before. The cookie banner and Your privacy choices show whether we detected the signal. The Meta Pixel is the only sharing we do, so the signal covers everything we would share.
Browsers' Do Not Track setting has no common standard, so the site does not respond to it. Use Global Privacy Control or the cookie settings instead.
Your choices
- Cookies: turn analytics or advertising cookies on or off on Your privacy choices.
- Do not sell or share: leave advertising cookies off, switch them off at Do not sell or share my personal information, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Texts: reply STOP to end all texts to that number, or HELP for help. More ways at texts and calls.
- Automated and AI-voice calls: say stop or press 9 during a call, or call [TOLL-FREE OPT-OUT NUMBER] and press 9.
- All calls: tell your recruiter or specialist that you do not want calls, or use the request form.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. More about email.
- Your profile: say no to any job and nothing goes to that carrier. Withdraw your application at any time by telling your recruiter or using the request form.
- A person, an accommodation or a correction: see How we use software and AI.
- Access, a copy, correction, deletion or an appeal: use the request form, email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] or call [SUPPORT PHONE]. See Your state privacy rights.
Saying no to texts, calls, email or cookies never affects your application or your request for staff.
Your state privacy rights
As of October 4, 2026, residents of these states have privacy rights under a state consumer privacy law: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia.
Laws in more states start later:
- Louisiana and Oklahoma: January 1, 2027
- Alabama: May 1, 2027
- Vermont: January 1, 2028
Some of these laws apply only to larger businesses, and some do not cover job applicants or business contacts. We answer every request, wherever you live. Where a state law applies to your request, we follow its rules and deadlines.
Your rights
- Know whether we hold information about you, and the categories, sources, purposes and recipients that apply.
- Get a copy of your information in a format you can reuse.
- Get a list of the specific companies we gave your information to.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, as explained under retention.
- Opt out of the sale of your information, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and of targeted advertising. We do not sell it, and you can turn off the only sharing at any time.
- Opt out of profiling that leads to decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our software makes no such decision on its own, and you can always ask for a person to review your application.
- Withdraw any consent you gave us.
- Be treated the same whether or not you use these rights.
How to make a request
Use the request form, email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL], or call [SUPPORT PHONE]. Tell us what you want and the email or phone number you used with us.
Verification
Before we give out, change or delete information, we confirm that the request comes from you. We match details you give us, such as your name and the email or phone number you used with us, against our records, and we may contact you at that email or number. We never ask for your Social Security number to verify you, and we use what you give us for verification only. Opt-out requests do not need verification.
Authorized agents
Someone you authorize can make a request for you. We may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us directly, unless the agent holds a power of attorney. A browser signal such as Global Privacy Control counts as your opt-out request.
Timelines
We confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why within those 45 days and take no more than 45 days more. Opt-outs of sale, sharing or targeted advertising take effect within 15 business days. Cookie changes take effect right away.
Appeals
If we decline all or part of a request, we tell you why. To appeal, reply to our answer or email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] with "Appeal" in the subject line. We answer appeals in writing within 45 days. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact your state attorney general.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, give you a different level of service or treat your application differently because you used a privacy right.
California residents
This section adds what the California Consumer Privacy Act requires. It covers California residents, including drivers, job applicants and company contacts. The notice at collection above is our notice for California job applicants and business contacts.

We do not collect education information. Biometric information: [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH CALL AND AI VENDORS].
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. The only sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising happens when you turn on advertising cookies: Meta receives identifiers (cookie IDs and IP address) and internet activity (the pages you view). To opt out, use Do not sell or share my personal information or Global Privacy Control. We process opt-out preference signals as described under Global Privacy Control. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Sensitive personal information
Apart from what someone volunteers on a recorded call, we collect two kinds of sensitive personal information: the sign-in details of client portal users, and, for drivers whose carrier requires it, whether a DOT medical card is current, as a yes or no answer. We use sign-in details only to let users sign in and to keep accounts secure, and the medical card status only to check a carrier's DOT requirement for a job you applied for. The medical card status goes only to the carrier you say yes to. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about anyone, and we do not use or disclose it for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it. So we do not offer a separate "Limit the use of my sensitive personal information" link.
Your California rights
You can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, including information collected since January 1, 2022 that we still have, and to get a copy. You can ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale and sharing. We will not retaliate against you for using these rights. Make a request through the request form, by email at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] or by phone at [SUPPORT PHONE]. Timelines, verification, authorized agents and appeals work as described under Your state privacy rights.
Automated decisions
Our matching software does not make decisions about you without a person involved. A recruiter reviews every match together with the rest of your information and makes the decision. You can ask for a person to review your application at any time.
Disclosures for direct marketing
California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets California residents ask about disclosures to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. To ask about this, email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
Request metrics and review
[CALIFORNIA REQUEST METRICS FOR THE PREVIOUS CALENDAR YEAR, IF REQUIRED]
We review this policy at least once every 12 months. Last reviewed October 4, 2026.
Nevada, Washington and other state notices
Nevada
We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines a sale. Nevada residents can still ask us not to sell it in the future by emailing [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] or using the request form. We answer within 60 days.
Washington, Nevada and Connecticut health data
We do not collect consumer health data through this site, our lead forms or our ads, and we do not use any information to infer someone's health. If a carrier's job requires it, a recruiter may record a yes or no status, such as whether your DOT medical card is current, as part of your application. That status is never used for advertising and never sold.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. These are our periods:
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Driver applications and profiles, qualification statuses, recruiter notes, messages with drivers, match inputs and results, recruiter decisions, and records of which carrier received a profile | 4 years from the application or the last hiring decision it relates to, whichever is later |
| Leads who never applied and gave no consent, such as an unfinished lead form | 6 months |
| Company requests and contacts with no signed agreement | 24 months after our last contact |
| Company accounts with a signed agreement, job orders and client portal records | While the agreement runs, then [RETENTION PERIOD] |
| Call recordings and transcripts | 12 months, longer only if needed for a dispute or a legal hold |
| Consent records: every yes, no and opt-out, with the exact text shown | 5 years after our last contact with that phone number or email |
| Opt-out list: the phone number or email, the date and how the opt-out came in | At least 10 years, so we do not contact you again by mistake |
| Privacy requests and our answers | 24 months |
| Cookie choices stored on our server, with no name or contact details | 24 months |
| Google Analytics data | 14 months |
| Messages sent through the contact form | [RETENTION PERIOD] |
We keep information longer only when the law requires it or for a legal claim. When a period ends, we delete the information or remove what identifies you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete what we can and keep only what the law requires, such as hiring records and our opt-out list, and we use it only for that purpose. Cookies in your browser last as long as the cookie table shows.
Security
We protect information with safeguards that fit the risk. Forms on this site travel over an encrypted connection. Access to records is limited to the people and service providers who need it for their work, and service providers must protect what they receive. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
If a security incident affects your information, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires. To report a security concern, email [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
Children
This site and our services are for adults looking for trucking jobs or recruiting services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it. A parent or guardian can contact us at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
Access from outside the United States
Some of our team and service providers may access personal information from outside the United States, for example to support recruiters or run software. They may use it only for their work for us, under the rules in this policy, with access limited to what that work needs. We do not allow access from countries named as countries of concern under US rules on sensitive personal data.
Changes to this policy
The version and last-updated date at the top of this page change whenever this policy changes. When we make a material change, we post a notice on this site, and where the law requires it, we tell you directly. Before we use information we already hold in a new way that this policy does not describe, we ask you first.
