How it works
Two roads. One recruiting team in the middle.
Technology finds and organizes the opportunity. People move it forward. Here is exactly what happens on each side, and where the two meet.
Driver road
From search to seated.
Search
ZIP, city or state and your CDL class. Filters after, not before.
Read the real terms
Pay from the carrier's document, home time when stated, requirements, and what to ask on the call.
Apply once
Four steps, two minutes. Or apply without picking a job and let the recruiter match you.
Qualification
A recruiter reviews your CDL, experience and preferences against the job order. Anything that needs judgment is a conversation, not a filter.
The call
Usually within one business day. Home time for your lane, current minimums, start dates. You decide.
Seated
Orientation, DOT physical and start date confirmed. We check in through your first dispatch.
Company road
From hiring need to pipeline.
Tell us the need
Position, CDL, markets, how many, by when. Contact details last.
Recruiting plan
A specialist calls back with a scope suggestion and the questions that turn a position into a job order.
Job order
Pay, home time, equipment, route, requirements and the answers drivers ask for. You approve it in writing.
Recruiting
Advertising, sourcing, qualification, communication and scheduling, run against the signed job order.
Your decisions
Approvals, orientation seats and driver questions in one inbox. You approve, we book.
Reporting
Weekly: where drivers drop off and why, which sources seat drivers, what needs you.
Where the roads meet
The recruiter's job.
Every match is two structured records and one person reading both.
Qualification is a screen, not a verdict
Hard requirements from the job order filter. Disclosures that need judgment, like a conviction record or a DUI inside the window, go to a person and the reason is logged. Nothing auto-rejects.
Silence is never consent
A driver's application goes to a carrier only after the driver says yes to that position on the call with their recruiter. A company decision is not assumed on a timeout. Recruiters work from the signed job order, not from a verbal note.
Every decline has a reason
When a driver or a company says no, a reason code is recorded. That is what makes the drop-off reporting honest, and what tells us what to stop sending.
