Terminal cities and states on every job. Search by your ZIP and we show jobs based in your state.
Local, regional, OTR or team. Live work or drop and hook. 1099 or W2. Stated, not hidden in a call.
Base rates from the carrier's own offer sheet. Weekly figures marked typical, never guaranteed.
When the carrier states it, it is on the page. When they do not, the page says so and the recruiter confirms it.
CDL class, DOT drug test, contractor setup, ELD. What the carrier asks and what to ask them back.
Apply in two minutes. A recruiter calls, usually within one business day. You decide after the call.

How matching works
Your application asks the things a recruiter would ask on a first call: CDL, experience, route type, home time, where you can be based, and how you want to be paid. Every open job order has the same fields on the carrier side. A recruiter puts the two next to each other and calls you about the ones that line up.
Example. The driver is illustrative. The job order is the Columbus, OH local position.
The application
Name, mobile, email, ZIP. So the recruiter can reach you and match you to terminals nearby.
Class, experience band, endorsements, and whether you are driving now.
Route type, home time, pay structure, where you would be based.
One required box. Texts, automated or AI-voice calls and job emails are separate choices, off by default.
Questions
A recruiter with a job board in front of it. The jobs are real positions from carriers we have a signed job order with. When you apply, a person on our team reviews it and calls you. Your application goes to a carrier only after you say yes to that carrier's position on the call with your recruiter.
No. Trucking companies pay us for the recruiting service. You never pay us, and we never sell your information.
No, and we say so on every job. The base rate is the carrier's stated per-mile rate from its offer document. Weekly figures are examples from the carrier's own documents at typical miles or hours. Your week depends on your lane, hours of service and your own performance. The carrier's written offer controls.
It is used to match you with positions and for a recruiter to contact you about them. Your application goes to a carrier only after you say yes to that position on the call with your recruiter. Texts, automated or AI-voice calls and job emails are separate choices, off by default.
Usually within one business day during recruiter hours. If you apply on a Friday night, expect Monday.
Yes. Tell us that in the application. Each carrier sets its own experience minimum per lane, and our recruiter will tell you honestly which positions you qualify for today and which ones open up after your first year.
You work as an independent contractor through your own business entity rather than as a W2 employee. The carrier does not withhold taxes and does not provide benefits. Some drivers prefer it, some do not. The job page states it clearly so you can decide before you apply.
Because the carrier's offer document does not state it, and we will not guess. The recruiter confirms it for your specific lane on the call. If the answer does not work for you, you have lost ten minutes, not a job.
Yes. Apply once with your preferences and a recruiter will match you against every open position, including ones added after you applied.
Not from us. We contact your current or past employers for verification only after you have accepted a specific position and given permission for that step.
Search, or apply once and let a recruiter bring the jobs to you.
