About
Driver-first recruiting.
We help drivers find opportunities that fit their goals, and help trucking companies build a stronger recruiting pipeline. Drivers never pay. Companies pay for a recruiting service, not for data.
The short version
- Recruiting for CDL drivers in the United States
- Working with Green Line Logistics Inc today
- Recruiter hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central
What we believe
Recruiting is broken in the same three places every time.
Drivers cannot tell if a job fits
Hundreds of listings, none of them saying home time, real pay or requirements plainly. So we put the six answers on every page and mark what the carrier did not say.
Companies get volume, not fit
Applications from drivers who live 600 miles away or hold the wrong class. So we screen against a signed job order and present evidence, not résumés.
Nobody answers the phone
Drivers wait days. Companies wait on email threads. So every application gets a call within a business day, and every company decision lands in one inbox.
How we make money
Companies pay one fee per seated driver.
Not per lead. Not per contact. A trucking company hires us to run its driver recruiting: advertising, sourcing, qualification, communication and scheduling. The fee is priced by the requirements and locked before a candidate is submitted. The hiring decision stays with the company. The driver never pays and is never sold.
What we publish about a job
Only what is in the carrier's own offer document, with the document name and version on the page. If a number is not in the document, it is not on the page. Weekly figures are labelled typical, never guaranteed.
What we do not publish
Invented placement counts, testimonials we did not collect with permission, logos of companies we do not work with, and certifications we do not hold.
