Measured, not described.
Every number we publish comes from our own records, names its source and the period it covers, and is published with the client's permission. Until a case study clears that bar, it is not on this page.
How we measure
Four numbers that are never mixed.
A source that produces 200 leads and 2 seated drivers is not better than one that produces 30 leads and 5. We count each stage separately so the reporting tells you what to change.
- Lead: a driver in the system. Maybe never contacted, maybe not qualified.
- Candidate: meaningful contact has happened; they are in qualification or hiring.
- Hire: completed your requirements and was taken on.
- Seated: started work, first dispatch done. The only number that moves a truck.
Funnel or pipeline, labelled
A funnel counts a period. A pipeline counts right now. Every chart in your portal says which one it is.
Every drop-off has a reason
Pay, home time, location, equipment, experience, MVR. Reason codes are required on both sides, so the report tells you what to stop advertising.
Time in stage
Days a candidate waits at each stage, especially the ones waiting on your decision. That is where hiring speed hides.
Your own cost of an empty seat
Your revenue per truck per week, never an industry estimate, times parked trucks. That number sets the pace.
See it on your own positions.
Tell us what you are hiring for. The first report is the one that matters.
