Pay, in detail
- Short and Mid bands (201 to 950 mile runs): $0.70 per mile base
- Long band (951+ mile runs): $0.65 per mile base
- Up to $0.77 per mile Short and Mid, $0.72 Long, with all bonuses
- Drop and hook between terminals. If dispatch assigns live work on a run, the whole run pays the P&D rate of the same band instead
- Extra drop and hook at a customer location: $50. Company yards never charged
- Every mile is paid, loaded and empty
- Fuel bonus: +2 CPM when your 4-week average MPG meets the band threshold (Short 8.0, Mid 7.5, Long 7.0)
- Safety bonus: +2 CPM when your 4-week Samsara safety score meets the threshold. Only a preventable accident confirmed by review forfeits it
- Loyalty bonus: +1, +2 and +3 CPM at 1, 2 and 3+ years. Breaks pause the clock, they never reset it
- Bonuses run on a rolling 4-week window and pay in the 5th week
Paid on top
- Detention off company property: first 2 hours free, then $15 per hour, rounded up to the full hour
- Layover: $150 per 24 hours after 6.5 hours of detention or 8.5 hours without an assignment
- Breakdown: $100 per 24 hours after 8.5 hours, not while at home
